On PixGo, each charge has an amount cap that depends on your level. There are 7 levels, from Beginner to Elite, and moving up is automatic: no need to request an increase or open a ticket. This guide shows what counts toward leveling up, how to see your level and what doesn't work.

TL;DR
  • The limit is per charge (per QR Code), not per day: at Beginner each charge goes up to R$300; at Elite, up to R$6,000
  • Your level rises with the total you have already received in confirmed payments
  • No quantity limit: generate as many charges as you want, each within your level's cap
  • See your level at Generate Charge → level button
  • Sellers on your Team use the main account's level
  • No shortcut: anyone charging to "raise your level" is running a scam

The 7 levels and their caps

Level Total received (confirmed) Each charge up to
BeginnerR$ 0 to R$ 299.99R$ 300
BronzeR$ 300 to R$ 499.99R$ 500
SilverR$ 500 to R$ 999.99R$ 1,000
GoldR$ 1,000 to R$ 2,999.99R$ 1,500
PlatinumR$ 3,000 to R$ 4,999.99R$ 2,000
DiamondR$ 5,000 to R$ 5,999.99R$ 2,500
EliteR$ 6,000 or moreR$ 6,000
7-tier progression bar with sequential badges and unlock icons
Your account levels up automatically as your total received grows.
Example: you have received R$ 1,200 in confirmed payments, so you are Gold and can generate charges of up to R$ 1,500 each, as many as you want. When the total reaches R$ 3,000, the cap rises to R$ 2,000.

How the system decides your level

There is a single rule: PixGo adds up the amount of all your charges with completed status (payment confirmed) and compares it with the table above. Account age, number of sales and number of customers don't count.

  • The gross confirmed amount counts: what the customer paid, before fees.
  • It doesn't count expired or pending charges, or a charge that is no longer confirmed, such as after a refund.
  • It updates on its own: the limit is recalculated every time you generate a charge, so a confirmed payment already counts for the next one.

See your level and how much is left

At Generate Charge, click the level button (icon with your current level's name). The modal shows:

  • The account's Total Confirmed
  • The progress bar to the next level
  • How much is left and what the new per-charge limit will be

At the top level, the modal shows your account's maximum amount per charge. The limit that applies is always the one shown there.

How to level up

There's no trick: your level rises as you receive. What really helps:

  • Receive through PixGo regularly: every confirmed payment adds up, including those made through the checkout link and My Store.
  • Avoid refunds and disputes: a charge that is no longer confirmed leaves the total. A clear description and on-time delivery help (see MED).
  • Split a sale above the cap: if the amount is above your level's limit, you can split it into more than one charge.

What does NOT level you up (myths)

  • Paying someone to "level up faster": it doesn't exist, it's a scam
  • Waiting: account age doesn't change your level, only the total received does
  • Generating many charges without getting paid: expired QRs don't count
  • Using third-party CPFs that aren't part of the business to build volume: it violates the Terms of Use and may lead to account suspension

Level limit vs the payer's bank limits

The level cap is PixGo's and applies per charge. On top of that, the payer's bank and payment institutions may apply their own limits to the customer's PIX, which PixGo doesn't set. Details in PixGo Limits.

What if I try to generate a charge above the limit?

The charge isn't generated, and the system shows your current limit. Through the API, the response comes with the LIMIT_EXCEEDED error and the current_limit field. Nothing gets blocked: charges within the cap keep working normally, at any time.

Can I drop a level?

Yes, if the confirmed total goes down — for example, when a charge is refunded and no longer counts as confirmed. There's no drop for time without selling: as long as the confirmed total stays the same, your level stays too.

FAQ

How long does it take to reach Elite?

It only depends on how much you receive: Elite comes when your confirmed payments add up to R$ 6,000. There's no minimum time and no minimum number of sales.

Is the limit per day?

No. The limit is per charge: each QR Code can go up to your level's cap, and there's no limit on how many charges you create per day.

Do sellers on my Team have their own level?

No. Sellers registered on your Team use the main account's level, calculated from the merchant's confirmed total.

Is there a different level for CNPJ?

No. The level table is the same for CPF and CNPJ accounts. See CNPJ or MEI on PixGo.

Does the cap count the gross or the net amount?

Gross: the amount the customer pays. Fees are deducted later, on the transfer to your wallet.

Can I "buy" a level?

No. Any such offer is a scam. Block it and report it at /chamados.
