You need to charge someone via PIX and want a practical link to share. PixGo has 3 different paths, each for a scenario. This guide shows when to use each, step-by-step creation, and how to share on social without losing sales.

TL;DR
  • Standalone QR (/depix): fast, 1 amount, 20min — ideal for one-off sales
  • My Store (/minha-loja): permanent link pixgo.org/pay/PRODUCT_CODE — ideal for Instagram bio, site, WhatsApp
  • API v1: programmatic, code-generated QR, ideal for automation
  • Share via WhatsApp, Instagram bio, Telegram, email, printed QR code
  • Customer opens, picks amount (if open) or just pays (if fixed); you receive the DEPIX in your wallet by the end of the next day (D+1)
3 columns comparing standalone QR, My Store permanent link, and API for payment link generation
3 paths to create payment link — pick by your scenario.

Path 1 — Standalone QR (fastest)

  1. Go to /depix
  2. Configure and validate the receiving wallet in My Profile (with your account already validated by PixGo after sign-up)
  3. Enter amount (e.g., R$ 150; minimum R$ 10)
  4. Tap Continue and enter the CPF or CNPJ of who will pay — the customer pays from the account of that same document (if they pay from another, the amount is refunded)
  5. Tap Charge
  6. The Pay with Pix window opens: QR Code + Pix Copy and Paste code (valid for 20 min)
Attention: standalone QR expires in 20 minutes. Only generate when customer confirms they'll pay TODAY. Details in QR expired.

When to use standalone QR

  • Closed 1-on-1 sale (customer decided)
  • Quick charge via DM/chat
  • Don't need branded page
  • Single amount, won't change

Charge via WhatsApp, Instagram or email with a PIX payment link. See the PixGo PIX payment link.

Path 2 — My Store (permanent link)

  1. Go to /minha-loja
  2. First time (one-off): My Store is not enabled by default — it needs a registered company (without one, it takes you to My Company → Register Company) and an active PixGo Key (API Keys menu → Request access)
  3. Click Create New Checkout
  4. Set type:
    • Fixed Value: customer pays exactly R$X
    • Open Value: customer picks (ideal for donations, tips)
  5. Fill in the Product/Service Details and add Images (up to 5); shipping lives in Store Settings (Shipping tab) and coupons in each checkout's Coupon button (optional)
  6. Click Create Checkout — get link pixgo.org/pay/PRODUCT_CODE
Channel How to use
Instagram bioPaste directly OR use Linktree
Instagram Stories"Link" sticker → paste URL
WhatsApp BusinessCatalog → each product links to checkout
Site/landing"Buy now" button
Meta/Google AdsAd's final URL
Printed QRGenerate QR Code of link → paste on physical banner
Key advantage: link is permanent. Share once, works forever. Each customer generates a new DEPIX QR automatically. No payer limit.

When to use My Store

  • Scalable sales (multiple payers)
  • Want brand/logo on checkout
  • Continuous product/service
  • Need images/description
  • Want coupons/shipping configured
  • Auto email recovery (abandoned cart)

Path 3 — API v1 (programmatic)

  1. Request the PixGo Key in the API Keys menu (pixgo.org/api-keys) → Request access
  2. POST to https://pixgo.org/api/v1/payment/create with your key in the X-API-Key header
  3. Receive the copy-paste code (qr_code), the QR image (qr_image_url), the payment_id and expires_at
  4. Present to customer however you want
curl -X POST https://pixgo.org/api/v1/payment/create \
  -H "X-API-Key: YOUR_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "amount": 197.00,
    "description": "JS Course — Mary",
    "receiver_cpf": "12345678901",
    "external_id": "order_123"
  }'

FAQ checkout link

Can I have more than one My Store link?

YES. As many as you want. Each product/offer a different link. List them all in My Store → Manage Checkouts.

Can I deactivate a link without deleting?

Yes. In Manage Checkouts, click Deactivate; the link stops opening until you reactivate it.

Does the permanent link ever expire?

NO. As long as your PixGo account is active.

Can a customer pay more than once on same link?

Yes. Each payment generates a new DEPIX QR.

Product limit in My Store?

No numeric limit, but UI gets heavy above 100. For huge catalog, use e-commerce platform + API.

How to see who paid each link?

In the My Store tabs (Virtual Store, Link Checkouts, Fixed QR Codes, Manual QR Codes).

Does link work in other countries?

Checkout works anywhere (can open). But only Brazilian CPF can PAY via PIX. For international customers, use Liquid Wallet endpoint (receives USDT directly).
