My Store is PixGo's most powerful module for selling professionally: permanent link, branding, custom checkout, products, shipping, coupons, webhook. This guide shows the complete setup, from zero to first sale. Takes 10-15 minutes and stays set up forever.

TL;DR
  • My Store is not enabled by default: it needs a registered company (My Company → Register Company) and an active PixGo Key (API Keys menu → Request access)
  • Go to /minha-loja → Store Settings
  • Steps: logo + data → create checkouts → shipping (optional) → coupons (optional) → webhook (optional)
  • Permanent link: pixgo.org/pay/PRODUCT_CODE
  • Supports fixed OR variable amount, up to 5 images per product, rich description, social media
  • Automatic recovery: email T+15min, T+1h, T+24h for abandoned cart
Visual setup checklist: logo upload, description, images, shipping, coupons, social links
Complete setup in 6 steps — 10-15 minutes.

Before starting — what you'll need

  • Company logo: PNG 200×60px with transparent background
  • Description: 1-2 lines about what your store sells
  • Receiving wallet configured, saved and validated in My Profile
  • Validated account: after sign-up, PixGo validates your account
  • Active PixGo Key: in the API Keys menu → Request access (the Create New Checkout button requires it)
  • Product images: 800×800px or 1080×1080px, up to 5 per product
  • (Optional) Webhook URL of your system

Build your store with a PIX checkout under your own name and brand. See the PixGo PIX checkout.

Create account

Step 1 — Configure store data

  1. Go to /minha-loja
  2. Without a registered company, My Store takes you to My Company: click Register Company (to edit later: "Company" button in My Store)
  3. Fill:
    • Store name
    • Description
    • Logo: upload PNG
    • Contact email
    • Phone/WhatsApp
    • Social media: Instagram, X, TikTok
  4. Save — appears on ALL your checkouts

Step 2 — Create first checkout

  1. My Store → Create New Checkout
  2. Type: Fixed Value or Open Value
  3. Fill: name, amount, description, up to 5 images, category, variations (sizes/plans)
  4. Customer Settings and Tracking & Cart Recovery sections: extra required fields, tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics 4), cart recovery email
  5. Click Create Checkout → link pixgo.org/pay/PRODUCT_CODE is live

Step 3 — Configure shipping (physical products)

  1. My Store → Store Settings → Shipping tab
  2. Type: free, fixed national, per region, per weight
  3. Set delivery time
  4. Save
Attention: PixGo does NOT contract shipping for you. You handle delivery. Configuring shipping here only CHARGES the amount.

Step 4 — Discount coupons

  1. My Store → the checkout's Coupon button → Configure Discount Coupon
  2. New Coupon: code, type (% or fixed), min order, usage limit, validity
  3. Activate → share code on social

Step 5 — Webhook (optional, for integration)

  1. My Store → Automations
  2. URL: e.g., https://yoursite.com/webhook-pixgo
  3. Events: order.created, payment.completed, payment.expired, payment.refunded
  4. HMAC-SHA256 signature on X-Webhook-Signature header
  5. Test: "Test" button

Step 6 — Email recovery (already on by default)

Customer opens checkout, hesitates, closes without paying. Cart Recovery already runs automatically on every My Store: emails are fired at T+15min, T+1h and T+24h without setup.

To track sent emails and recovery rate, go to the Sales Funnel menu (/funil-recovery) — see history of each abandoned checkout and what came out of it.

Advanced customization

PixGo Key (store unique key)

Every My Store has unique key like pk_abc123xyz. Useful to integrate HTML/JS widget on external sites. It comes from the API Keys menu (pixgo.org/api-keys), after Request access → copy.

NOT a bank PIX key. Just PixGo's internal identifier.

Seller permissions (multi-user)

For TEAM (partners, employees): give access to specific checkouts. Each checkout → "Seller Permissions" → mark who can view/edit/receive notifications.

Product variations

  1. Create checkout → enable "Variations"
  2. Add each: name (e.g., "Pro Plan"), amount, stock
  3. Customer picks variation, QR generates with variation's amount

Test the store before promoting

  1. Open your pixgo.org/pay/PRODUCT_CODE in incognito
  2. Look as a customer: logo, description, images
  3. Test with R$10 — generate QR, pay PIX from your own CPF
  4. Verify the sale shows as paid on the Dashboard — the DEPIX reaches your wallet by the end of the next day (D+1)
  5. Confirm webhook received event
  6. If OK → promote
