About PixGo
What is PixGo?
PixGo is a platform that allows you to receive PIX payments and automatically convert them to DEPIX tokens. We offer a complete solution with free online store, custom checkouts and e-commerce infrastructure.
How does PIX to DEPIX conversion work?
When a customer pays via PIX, the amount is processed by payment partners regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil and converted into DEPIX tokens by Eulen, the DePix issuer in Brazil. Tokens are held in temporary custody and settled the next day to your Liquid Network wallet.
Does PixGo verify identity?
Yes. Identity verification does take place and is carried out by the payment partners regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil, on every PIX transaction, in addition to the reporting to the authorities by Eulen, the DePix issuer. What PixGo simplifies is only the platform signup, which you create with username, email, contact info (Telegram/WhatsApp) and password.
What are DEPIX tokens?
DEPIX are stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the Brazilian Real, running on the Liquid Network (Bitcoin sidechain). They offer the stability of fiat with the benefits of cryptocurrency.
Is PixGo a regulated company?
PixGo is an American company based in Wyoming, USA, operating under United States laws. PIX processing is handled by institutions regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank.
Limits and Fees
What are the fees charged?
DePix Fees: Values of R$ 50.00 or more = 2% on value. Values from R$ 10.00 to R$ 49.99 = 2% + R$ 1.00 fixed. Next-day Settlement: PixGo delivery fee of R$ 0.50 per transfer (not the Liquid network fee). No membership or monthly fees.
How does the detailed fee structure work?
DePix of R$ 50.00 or more: 2% fee on value. DePix from R$ 10.00 to R$ 49.99: 2% on value + R$ 1.00 fixed. Next-day Settlement: Fixed fee of R$ 0.50 per transfer to your wallet. Example: DePix of R$ 30.00 = R$ 0.60 (2%) + R$ 1.00 (fixed) = R$ 1.60 total.
What are the DePix limits?
Transaction limits: Minimum R$ 10.00. User limits increase with confirmed deposits: Starter (R$ 300), Bronze (R$ 500), Silver (R$ 1,000), Gold (R$ 1,500), Platinum (R$ 2,000), Diamond (R$ 2,500), Elite (R$ 6,000 after receiving R$ 6,000+).
What is the limit per CPF/CNPJ payer?
The R$ 6,000.00 per day limit belongs to each payer, not to what you receive. Because it applies individually to every CPF/CNPJ that pays, there is no daily cap on your total received amount: an operation with many customers scales naturally. For a high value sale where the buyer needs to use more than one payer (for example, a personal CPF and the CNPJ of the same company), that is possible, provided each payer is a real party to the operation. Do not use CPFs of third parties who are not part of the deal in order to exceed the limit: identification and reporting are performed on the payer, and splitting a payment across third parties violates our Terms of Use and may lead to account suspension.
What is the minimum value to generate a DePix?
The minimum value is R$ 10.00 per transaction.
Liquid Network and Wallets
What is Liquid Network?
Liquid Network is a Bitcoin sidechain that enables fast, confidential transactions with stablecoins like DEPIX. It offers the security of Bitcoin with additional features for digital assets.
Which wallets are compatible?
We recommend PixGo Wallet (https://wallet.pixgo.org) as your main wallet — integrated, self-custody, with native Buy Crypto and PIX Button. Other Liquid wallets (SideSwap, Aqua) are also compatible as alternative.
How do I set up my Liquid wallet?
Go to https://wallet.pixgo.org, click Create new wallet, set a strong password, save the 12-word seed safely, copy your Liquid address and register it in your PixGo profile. After validation, you receive DEPIX automatically by the end of the next day (D+1, calendar day, including weekends and holidays).
When do I receive DEPIX tokens?
Tokens are settled the next day after payment (including weekends and holidays), always at the end of the day in US Mountain timezone. The net value (after deducting PixGo fees and the R$ 0.50 delivery fee, which is not the Liquid network fee) is sent to your registered wallet.
Why is there temporary custody?
Temporary custody is a security measure to prevent fraud, allow reversals in suspicious cases and consolidate transactions to optimize network fees.
Online Store and E-commerce
Is the online store really free?
Yes! We offer hosting, checkout and complete e-commerce infrastructure at no additional cost. You only pay DePix transaction fees (2% + R$ 1.00 fixed for amounts from R$ 10 to R$ 49.99, or 2% for amounts of R$ 50 or more) + R$ 0.50 PixGo delivery fee (not the Liquid network fee) on D+1 settlement.
Can I customize my store?
Yes, you can customize products, descriptions, prices and store settings through the administrative panel.
How does the team system work?
You can create vendors who generate charges in your name. Payments are credited to your main account.
Security and Support
Is PixGo secure?
Yes! We use industry security standards, including cold wallets, multi-signature and strict access control. PIX processing is done by institutions regulated by the Central Bank.
How to contact support?
You can open tickets through the internal system at https://pixgo.org/chamados (priority) or contact us on Telegram: https://t.me/PixGoOrg
What happens if there are problems with a payment?
Suspicious transactions are handled by the regulated payment partner, which has autonomy to reverse payments when necessary.
