Create accountIs MEI right for you?

- Max revenue: R$81,000/year (~R$6,750/month average)
- Fixed cost: ~R$70/month (DAS-MEI), includes social security + state/municipal tax

How to use PixGo with a CNPJ
1. Already have a CPF account and opened a CNPJ
There's no button to "switch" an account from CPF to CNPJ. Before creating another account, talk to support at /chamados: the team will point you to the right path for your case.
2. Have MEI/CNPJ and starting now
- Create the account at /cadastro with username, email, contact and password
- Register your Liquid wallet in My Profile: sales arrive as DePix in that wallet (PixGo doesn't use a receiving PIX key)
- After sign-up, PixGo validates your account
- If you'll use My Store, register the company details under Minha Empresa (My Company)
Issuing invoice for customer who paid DEPIX
- Customer paid DEPIX (R$ X net to you)
- Access your city's NFS-e portal
- Issue NFS-e to customer's CPF/CNPJ with GROSS amount
- Send PDF invoice to customer
- Keep copy for accounting
Special care operating as business
1. Activity must match revenue
MEI as "software seller" receiving R$50k/month via DEPIX is a red flag for anti-fraud. If your MEI category doesn't match PixGo volume, open as ME.
2. Don't mix MEI with personal account
PIX received via CNPJ must go to CNPJ's wallet. Mixing is tax confusion (and anti-fraud catches).
3. Pay DAS-MEI every 20th
Late DAS? MEI account goes "irregular". After 12 months delinquent, cancelled.
4. File DASN-SIMEI every May
Mandatory annual filing. Missed? R$50 fine + interest + CNPJ block.
FAQ CNPJ/MEI PixGo
Can MEI receive in DEPIX (crypto)?
YES. DEPIX is stablecoin 1:1 with Real, received in your Liquid wallet after customer's PIX. For Receita, same as receiving in checking account — you convert and declare in Real.
Need accountant for MEI?
NO. MEI has simplified regime. For ME (Microenterprise), accountant strongly recommended (~R$150-300/month).
Can I have CPF and CNPJ accounts simultaneously?
Talk to support at /chamados before opening a second account: the team will advise based on your case. On any account, the activity must be legitimate and match what you sell.
Does a CNPJ account have the same limits as a CPF account?
Yes. Your per-charge cap follows the same 7 tiers, which rise on their own with the total received. On the paying side, the payer's bank and payment institutions may apply their own limits, and that doesn't change because you're a CNPJ.
Any PixGo fee discount for business?
No. Fees are the same for CPF and CNPJ: 2% per sale (2% + R$ 1 on sales from R$ 10 to R$ 49.99) and R$ 0.50 per transfer to your wallet. Level-up follows the same rule too: total received.
