To use the PixGo Wallet Pix Button and send PIX directly from crypto, you need a linked CryPix account. Registration happens inside the wallet in a few minutes — and now requires email verification for security. This guide covers the full flow, step by step.

Why do I need a CryPix account?

The wallet's Pix Button uses CryPix as the outbound gateway — it processes the DEPIX-to-PIX conversion and handles the bank transfer. The CryPix account linked to your wallet is the identity that authorizes those transactions. It's a one-time setup: done once, saved permanently in this device's wallet.

Step 1 — Open the Pix Button

  1. Go to wallet.pixgo.org or open the Android app
  2. Unlock with your password
  3. On the home screen (Portfolio), click "Pix"
  4. The CryPix login/register modal opens automatically

Step 2 — Create your account

If it's your first time, click "Cadastrar" (the button below login). Fill in:

Click "Cadastrar". In under 3 seconds the account is created and the verification code is sent to your email.

Account starts as pending: until you verify your email, the account exists but login is blocked. This step ensures only you, the email owner, can activate the account.

Step 3 — Verify your email

After registering, the wallet automatically switches to the verification screen:

  • Envelope icon + text "Code sent to [email protected] — enter it below to activate."
  • Centered 6-digit input field
  • A "Verify" button (enabled only once 6 digits are entered)
  • A "Resend code" button in case the email doesn't arrive

Go to your email, copy the 6-digit code and paste it in the field. Click "Verify". If the code is correct, the account is activated instantly and you land directly on the PIX form.

Code expires in 15 minutes. If you take too long, click "Resend code" — a new code is generated and the old one is invalidated. After resending, wait 60 seconds before you can resend again.

Already have a CryPix account?

If you already created a CryPix account before (on another device or at crypix.me), no re-registration needed. On the opening screen, stay in "Login" mode, fill in email + password and click "Login". Existing accounts don't get an email code — it's just a normal login.

Account saved in the wallet

After verification, your CryPix account data is saved locally in this wallet. The next time you open the Pix Button, you go straight to the transfer form — no need to log in again, unless you clear your browser data or switch to another device.

Using the wallet on both phone and computer? Each device has its own local storage. Logging into the wallet on another device means you'll need to log in to CryPix again on that device (login only — no re-registration).
